The studio is built with materials gathered from nature. Driftwood plays a major part in space and it is enriched by wood-fired pottery. The artists have created a better quality of life within a natural environment. It is simple and pure, an expression of the art of living.

About the Artists
Malang
For Malang, driftwood is a way of life that has been carried through generations. His recent work speaks about the concept of ‘back to home’. “Roma ma’ru (welcome to my home), he says. Life is not what you discover but what you create.
Joanne
Joanne makes pottery slowly with hands and she projects her feelings onto her works. Wood is used for firing. With natural grays in rich tones, the pottery has a similar character as that of the artist, which is low-key and introversive.
Idea/Project
This is a space built for the art of living. Driftwood art is its theme while nature and life, its purpose.
